Customs Rulings
In this puzzle you will be determining the complete ten-digit HTSUS classification of an item. For this one, you will be using an additional online tool to assist you with classification. This will be found in the Related Webpage link above. Be sure to always use the highest rank and first classification listed.
You will only need the first four digits of the classification in this puzzle. You will be taking the fourth digit of the classification for your answer. You can choose to classify without the online tool, but your answers may not necessarily be correct in accordance to the rulings.
Example. "Combination Wall Clock" would follow the NY R00457 ruling and have a classification of 9105.21.80 The fourth digit of the HTS is 5 and your answer would be 5
