Park at the posted coordinates. There is a wooden post with a pink/lavender blaze, and the "TK trail" in small letters with enough room for one or two cars. The trail is marked by the same pink blazes. The west-bound trail starts about 30 yards south of the parking spot. After winding and climbing through the woods for about 100 yards, you'll come to a broader woods road, heading north. Follow this marked path for about a tenth of a mile. This cache is about 40 yards off the the trail, "hidden" in plain sight.
The small plastic container initially has a TB and a couple of other trinkets.
