A lovely walk just out of town, past the quincy honey farm, to the recreation ground, plenty of space for all to enjoy, with goal posts if you fancy a quick game of footie, mind you the ball may get stolen by the many pups that get to run free and have so much fun. Lovely shelter at the top with walls adorned with paintings of all the seasons.
Beautifully tree lined, a great place to sit and watch the world go by, its stunning here on a sunny frosty morning. Children will also enjoy the many tree lined paths they can follow and the pond, where in spring/early summer its full of frogs spawn plus pink and white water lilys, a haven of wildlife.
