This cache takes you to the end of Fishing Creek Road , which is a service road of the PA Gane Commission and is open to vehicle traffic durring the spring turkey season and fall archery and gun seasons. Other times of the year it is open to horses, bicycles, and hiking. The Lookout is a Federal Facility that is located on private property and is really not a place that offers a view of countryside. The cache is a short ways from the facility and is on State game Land #13. CAUTION, we have seen bear on this road, so be prepared if you have an encounter.
