This is an uphill walk through mainly mature beech woodland, following the Downies burn. Deer can be seen, squirrels are around, and a vole was seen near the cache site. The upper section is through bracken and trees and some scrambling need to be done initially, from the Charis cache
The cache is further up the hill from the Charis cache, and is in the trunk of a fallen tree near the roots. to get there one needs to cross a small stream, under a fallen beech tree, and follow a bank up the hill. One will be walking mainly through bracken under interesting broad-leaded trees. The cache is the brother to the Charis cache.
