This is the site of a very old school that has since closed down..The name of it was Taylor School and it has stories of being haunted.

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

One Tri-State school may be haunted and paranormal investigators are digging deeper to find out for sure.

A team that goes by 'The P.R.O.E.S.' has made it their goal to investigate more than a hundred abandoned or vacant properties for the last decade. The 106-year-old Taylor School is their next piece of history that they hope to bring back to life.

Since high school, Brady Crank and Ashley Ingle have visited dozens of dark, vacant, un-kept buildings where there's been claims of paranormal activity. Their job is to prove or disprove that activity.

"There are real stories out there and people who are experiencing paranormal things," said Ingle.

Taylor School is placated in the Hamilton neighborhood of Lindenwald has been vacant for decades, and Crank says their investigation shows signs of activity.

"Shadows, we've caught a couple voices, and heard footsteps so it's set up perfectly to find some evidence," said Brady Crank.

Crank said sometimes it can be a little spooky, but nothing compares to when they explored the basement of an old house.

"I guess the guy who passed away in the house his stuff was still in the basement and I was trying to get him to do something and as soon as I walked out of the room I had a box of tacks thrown across the room and hit me right in the back, caught it on film and everything," said Crank.

GoFundMe account has been set up called Memories of Taylor School. The money will go towards DVD production and they plan to put together a documentary of their experience and Taylor School's past.

"We really enjoy the historical part. We're not just in it for the giggles and the thrill. We're actually here to help people," said Ingle.

Over the last few weeks, Ingle said the local community has really taken an interest in their work, especially on social media.

"It was in a day, 300-400 comments blowing up of people telling me their stories, what they remember, the teachers they remember, the experiences," said Ingle.

The two said they understand the naysayers, but their response is simple.

"You have to see it to believe it. I go into every investigation objectively assuming there's nothing there until I find it for myself," said Crank.

The team says the final part of their investigation into Taylor will be in about a week.

There used to be a cache here called "Boost me UP!" but for some reason the cache didn't like to be up high.  So, it decided to be cut shorter down.  This one should be easy find but during the warmer months might be a little tougher!
