Metalfest was a heavy metal tribute band that played a vast collection of hard rock and heavy metal classics. The band was formed by Joel Krueger in Yolo County 1995. Nelson's Grove was the sight of the Valleypalooza, an annual music festival held by the now defunct Valley Records. Other Metalfest members were: Rich, Ray, Jeff & Mike. \m/
