Geocache Description:

A chance for cachers to get together for a quick (or long) afternoon tea.

Time: 4pm until 5pm. The venue remains open until 6pm for those wanting an extended afternoon tea. Venue: The listed coordinates at Dome.

My justification for the difficulty and terrain rating: the modes of transport (riding hills, swimming in icy cold water and eventually walking) which I will use to log this "find" I believe to be accurately represented in my listing. As is customary in caching, others can use whatever means to travel to the event as they like, and they will benefit from my endeavour in the same way as I am disadvantaged when I ride hundreds of kilometres up mountains to reach a terrain 1 cache at the top of a mountain.
