One of many courses taught here is mathematics, algebra in particular. To find the co-ordinates of the log book you have to work out the following calculation. In the algebra sums, each letter represents one or two digits. The remaining statement represent an actual number.
The final co-ordinated: N (north) a b b.c W (west) d e f.g
For Example if a= 25, b=44, c=19, d=5, e=88, f=2 g=66 the final co-ordinates would be N 25 44 44.19 W 5 88 2.66
NB the '/' represents divided by, '+' represents plus,' -' represents minus
2(a/3 -12)=12
3(b/7+2)=15
5(c/7 -1)=60
12(3d -15)=36
100(e/3 -12)=100
f= 0.00017 to the power of zero
g is the total sum of 1 to 10 inclusively plus a score.
