where have all the winkies gone Traditional Cache

this cache is part of a series about wilmerding and the saying "there aint no winkies in wilmerding". this hide is a very urban hide with "nebby" neighbors all around so stealth is a must! it is not on private property so no need to go in anybody's yard. there are coords written on a slip of paper that will reveal part of a puzzle that i will be putting out within the next few days so make sure to write them down.

the container is a small camoed bison. please make sure not to "drop it in when removing and replacing the container. please make sure to put the container back exactly the way you found it.
