This is the 3rd of 6 caches,There is a clue in the first 4 so you can get coordinates for the mystery cache Cain's Station. Please be careful with these caches and replace them as they were. There is lots of parking. From the start it is about 6 km return walk back to the car park.
The Briars- Bradley and O'Connor were wanted for stealing and murder and now they stopped at Alexander Balcombes run, The Briars at Mount Martha near Mornington, where they plundered but shed no blood. As they travelled further north towards Melbourne they visited several farms where they concocted stories to obtain provisions. There are no cliffs here but there is a steep hill leading to main creek so watch Geo kids.
