This whole trail should take between 3-5 hours depending on how quickly you walk and how long it takes you to find each cache. It is a challenging hike, not just for its length but also the terrain. There is one place where you need to cross the brook and there are also a couple of VERY steep climbs. I have not included any writing implements in the caches so please BYOP. There are also places where you may not get phone coverage so probably best to bring a GPSr.
Eight of the caches should be fairly easy mint tin hides which all have a clue (painted on the outside of the cache) to help you find the finale. The other eight caches don't have any clues and are a mix of different styles and difficulty ratings. I hope you enjoy the adventure, the views, the waterfall (if it is flowing) and the variety of cache hides.
This first cache is a mint tin. Don't forget to write down the clue. If you forgot to BYOP then there is a container with some pencils hidden near the cache. Feel free to take one for the rest of your journey. You may need to walk along the road for a short section (where you see the gate on the left near the road) before returning to the bush to find this cache.
