Half of QRidge has spent "many" hours in this area while the other half of QRidge has been shopping. The first time the outside half of QRidge arrived in this area, they checked for a nearby cache to occupy their time and found a few nearby and then left the shopping area to find the cache. The second time the outside half of QRidge arrived in this area, they checked for a nearby cache to occupy their time and found no new caches nearby.
This cache is the fix for that problem. Now when stuck in the area while shopping is occurring, the outside half QRidge can watch for others looking for this cache. Not as much fun as finding, but still somewhat entertaining. So be clever hunting. I may be watching.
