Pringle the GeoDog! Traditional Geocache

Set in one of our favourite spots in Great Ampthill Park, this cache should be pretty easy to find. It is a 1L click box with a log and some swaps, big enough for most travel bugs and geocoins, no pen so please bring your own (you are a geocacher after all). If you approach it from the bottom of the hill, the walk is interesting but steep, from the top and you will be treated to some impressive views. 

We decided to place this cache as a bit of a homage to our GeoDog Pringle. Being a springer/beagle cross he needs long and interesting walks everyday, so we are forever looking for new and interesting places to take him. He is the reason we developed our Geocaching addiction in an attempt to make his walks slightly more interesting for the humans! Ampthill park is actually where we found our first ever cache so it seemed only right to place a cache of our own here! 

Ampthill Park is a great place to walk with or without a dog, it's our 'go to' place when we don't want to go on our doorstep walk. It has a bit of everything and there are always loads of other furry friends for playtime! 

There is no hint currently, however we will add one if It becomes apparent one is needed.
