Geocache Description:

Nethercroy lies between Croy, Kilsyth and Dullatur. It is bordered to the south by the Glasgow-Edinburgh rail line, and to the north by the Forth and Clyde canal. There are lots of trails through the woods and over Croy Hill, and some interesting sights and views to be seen.

This series of caches takes you around Nethercroy. It has been created with children (of all ages) in mind, and so there's a fun element to each cache. If you collect the bonus co-ordinates at each cache, you will be able to find the bonus cache too.

It is recommended that you park at the parking co-ordinates provided, and then do the caches in order. The first half of the route is mostly on a good path, but as the second half can be a bit muddier, boots are recommended.

All children love crafty things, and so this cache contains some bits and pieces they would enjoy using to make things out of. If you take something, please replace it with something similarly crafty.

Thanks to Forestry Commission Scotland for allowing these caches to be placed.
