The Huron Valley Trail extends along the former Grand Trunk Railroad from the City of South Lyon, through Lyon Township and into Milford Township, then south on Old Plank Road to Pontiac Trail, and east on Pontiac Trail along the north side of Lyon Oaks County Park to the Wixom City boundary.
Vehicle parking and access to the trail is available at all of these parks.
Hike or bike your way down this nice trail. Most of the caches are meant to be easy to find. Keep in mind that all logs must be found and signed. Bring a writing utensil as there will be none supplied.
The last cache placed at this location was archived because it was destroyed. Please do not destroy this cache while retrieving simply because you do not like tree climbs.
The mosquitoes on this section of the trail have been extremely aggressive this summer. Your CO recommends a repellent containing DEET.
