New Bike Track (Taranaki) Mystery Cache

Phronimos: This geocache has done it's dash. The old skating rink is a hangout for undesirable activities and is well trashed now.
The solution was based on Melanie's original lyrics to Brand New Key;
A=new=49=3; B=bike=93=4; C=I=10=1; W=brand=39=5; X=ride=91=4; Y=skate=96=5; Z=bicycle=4=7;

As a child of the '60's I often came here with Mum and sister to either roller skate or watch. In the 1970's Roller Hockey was gaining a foothold, and the all-weather indoor rink was built to accommodate the sport, and this rink became obsolete.

Another forgotten 'track' in New Plymouth

It’s been pointed out to me this puzzle doesn’t work as originally published
Accordingly, I’ve altered the elements to ensure it does work.
Apologies, this was one of my first puzzles. Phronimos

The actual cache is located at S 39° 0A.0BC E 174° 0W.XYZ where

A = 49, B = 93, C = 10

W = 39, X = 91, Y = 96, Z = 4

Checksum of A+B+C+W+X+Y+Z = 29


This track has got significantly shorter and very overgrown over the years
