The Outer Banks of North Carolina is an enchanting place known for its beautiful beaches, fishing, wildlife, natural wonders, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, water sports, artists and craftsmen but to me it is the Light. The light shining on the water, the light from the beacon of the lighthouse, the light in the sky at sunrise and sunset, the light from storms and the ever changing light that envelopes us. Enjoy your time here!
Enlightenment has many meanings....this cache is located in the front yard very close to the road (on some GPS devices coordinates are skewed), not in any vegetation. If there is a Travelbug Tag please bring it to someplace as spectacular as Hatteras Island!......and don't forget to sign the log and leave notes ( I love! to read about the places people live and/or visit).
