This an almost level walk around the creekside, Empacombe is a small harbour along the footpath, lovely walk for families, bird watchers etc.
Parking is free at the Millbrook end of the footpath in laybys, or a pay and display car park at Mount Edgcumbe or you could come over the Cremyll Ferry and walk from there.
