Completing the Geotrail
The TALON Geotrail is a geocaching trail consisting of 11 geocaches placed around beautiful Duke Farms in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Along the Geotrail, visitors will encounter native meadows, woodlands, statues, lakes, fountains with beautiful views of this magnificent property. Geocachers should plan to spend enough time to explore the area while completing the geotrail, the trail is just under 6 miles long and will take a few hours to complete.
GEOCACHERS MUST STOP IN THE DUKE FARMS ORIENTATION CENTER TO OBTAIN A TALON GEOTRAIL BROCHURE FROM THE ATTENDANT AT THE FRONT DESK BEFORE EMBARKING ON THE CHALLENGE. THE TALON GEOTRAIL BROCHURE IS NECESSARY FOR OFFICAL PARTICIPATION AND TO RECEIVE THE COMMEMORATIVE TOKEN.
Inside each of the 11 geocaches is a laminated clue card with a specific letter; cachers must collect all the letters from the 11 geocaches to uncover the secret word to complete the brochure. Geocachers must then bring their completed brochures to the Orientation Center redemption site for verification of completion and to receive a commemorative TALON Token.
One Token per registered Geocaching.com username only
