Geocache Description:

This is my second geocache hide, though it is number one in this mini series located very close to my house on Charles Street. A slightly tougher challenge this time but still shouldn't cause any problems for the seasoned cacher. I'll try and say hello to any cachers I see searching for the caches.

Charles Street was built in the late 19th century to house workers of the large cement works that once stood nearby on what is now Worcester Park. Originally the far end of the road continued across a level crossing and behind what is now the large supermarket nearby but the road was curtailed when the dual carriageway was built in the early 90s so it is now a no through road. The works railway that ran from the dock to the cement works is long gone but the small viaduct that was built so that it could travel under the North Kent mainline can still be seen nearby.

Charles I

You are looking for a hanging bison container. On street parking is available all along Charles Street though finding a space can be tricky in the evening. Please be considerate and do not block any driveways or access roads. The best way to access the cache is via the footpath that begins at the waymarked parking spot. I'll let you work out the rest!
