I have thought that this spot as need a cache here everytime I have drove by.

I finally stopped by and placed one here.  An easy P&G.  You are lookng for what I call a beach fob hanging from a pine branch.  Should not be too hard.  I for got a pencil, so make sure you have something to write with.
