Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the NH State Geoart Series. The coordinates are fake; you must solve the puzzle below to obtain the final coordinates. The caches are placed along the 14.8 mile, dirt Bog Dam Road (also known as the Kilkenny Loop Road) in Berlin, NH. The dirt road is is in great shape, but the road is gated from the end of November to the beginning of May. Check the WMNF website for road closure. Note that all the caches are winter friendly and within 20' of the road – easy P&Gs.

The Small Towns of NH.

Orange is the 11th smallest town in NH and is located in the southern part of Grafton County. Orange was granted in 1769 and incorporated in 1790. It was originally named Cardigan, after George Brudenell, fourth Earl of Cardigan. The Cardigan name lives on with Mount Cardigan and Cardigan State Park. After the American Revolution, voters attempted to rename the town Bradford, Middletown, Liscomb, and finally Orange. The large quantities of yellow-orange ochre found in Mount Cardigan may have been the source of the name Orange. The population was 331 at the 2010 census with a density of 12.9 sq. mi.

The puzzle: 44 26.9Z7 71 18.319

Orange was granted in 176Z
