From Google Satellite view, I didn't think you could get out this far, but there is a gap all the way on the right side. Just be careful as the bottom of the lake is not very deep here at all. Don't get grounded! Dads_First_Princess said that this reminded her of the song from Pocahontas, thus the name of the cache.
Note: Robert E. Lee park, and thus Lake Roland is open sunrise to sunset. They lock up the gates afterward, so make sure you are out of the park. The cache containers are all of the same type, so once you find one, you'll know what you are looking for. All can be accessed from your canoe or kayak. No need to disembark.
