Geocache Description:

A kayak/canoe required geocache at Lake Roland, located in the Robert E. Lee Park.  Part of a series.

The furthest cache out in the series.  This one requires a few challenges, thus the higher rating.  There are several places where the lake is very shallow.  It's easy to get stuck out here!  You also have to figure your way here, it's a bit of a maze to get through.  And of course you'll need to figure your way back!  But you'll be rewarded with a nice quiet paddle up the Jones Falls River.  As the title suggests, this is about as far up as you can go (unless someone comes by with a chain saw).

Note: Robert E. Lee park, and thus Lake Roland is open sunrise to sunset. They lock up the gates afterward, so make sure you are out of the park. The cache containers are all of the same type, so once you find one, you'll know what you are looking for. All can be accessed from your canoe or kayak. No need to disembark.
