When Dads_First_Princess and I came out this morning, there were several kayaks here with people fishing. When we came back later they had moved on to other places. Have fun out on the water and STAY AWAY FROM THE FALLS!!!!
Note: Robert E. Lee park, and thus Lake Roland is open sunrise to sunset. They lock up the gates afterward, so make sure you are out of the park. The cache containers are all of the same type, so once you find one, you'll know what you are looking for. All can be accessed from your canoe or kayak. No need to disembark.
