The Art of Surveillance Traditional Cache

A simple, family friendly cache, away from the busier parts of Croydon Town Park.

There was originally a large 'Area Under Surveillance' sign above the cache, but this was later removed - making the cache name and old hint less relevant!

Geocaching is a great family activity that can take you to pleasant places both near and far.  We started caching as a family through a few caches of varying difficulty nearby.  This cache, our first hide, is an easy one to help others get started.  

The cache is near a small playground, though this is seldom heavily used, given the many newer, grander play areas over the road in Croydon Park. There is some beautiful new public art nearby (see artist's launch), and some nice views of Mt Dandenong in the distance.
