This can be a park near grab if you want to pay your way to park at the top. Other wise you can take the stairs or elevator to reach the roof. Byop This cache maybe difficult to get to since parking garage is not open everyday. I upped the difficulty since many people have attempted to find this one and learned the garage is closed.
My family and I come here several times a year for different events live AnimeExpo AX or LA Car Show. I actually enjoy parking here on the roof. The anime convention has been held on 4th of July weekend which means we miss the firework shows. Last year I learned that this parking structure is a good place to be on the evening of the 4th. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. The parking fees are actually more then the Expo tickets. We paid $45. For all four day pass. To park it cost $20. A day. With 0 day included we paid $100 to park.
