This cache is close to three Scottish record breaking places.
The first is just up the side lane that the cache next to, the Highest Golf Course In Scotland set at 1,394 feet above sea level (or 424.89 meters in new money).
The second is the railway. The railway is Britains highest adhesion railway, reaching 1498 ft above sea level (or 458.84 meters).
The final record breaker is the hotel, whomes grounds this cache is set in. The hotel is 1295 ft above sea level (or 395 meters) and is Scotlands highest residential hotel.

This cache was placed to coinside with the first geocaching event in Leadhills. You are looking for a large clip lock box with plenty of space for trackables and swaps. The cache is on private land and permission has been given to look for it at any time.
