As you continue your drive along the road less traveled, you will start to pass a few houses nestled in the hills as you continue to climb up to a higher altitude. One such house, which is where your co-ords will have taken you is quite old, there used to be a large wooden sign on the front fence that had it's name, and the year or is it the house number, we are not sure, so we will call it the year. It is older than you may imagine it seems if it is the year. There is no need to cross a fence, or enter private property here of course.
To get the final co-ords for this one, you used to need the year/house number which was X and the number of letters in the name which was Z.
Now, since the sign is gone, what to do? X may be 1867 and Y may be 6. But, what would I know, I am just guessing....

S 32' 49.351 + (x - z) (Ignore the decimal point: 49351+(X-Z))
E 149' 44.061 - (x + z) (Ignore the decimal point: 44061-(X+Z))
Of course, in both cases you will end up with a 5 digit number, put the decimal place back where it belongs etc
The final is just above the road, please find a suitable place to get your vehicle off the road far enough to go find the cache, a short walk won't kill you. You are out of sight of houses, but in full view of any cars passing through, please do not compromise the cache location. Please replace the camo so it is protected from the elements.
