Park on the north side, nice a close to the gate if you like. Stop for a while and enjoy these pieces of metal art.
While placing this cache I had the pleasure of meeting the creator of these sculptures. His name is Dave and he is a retired blacksmith. You may have noticed that some residents on Windeyer Road have his works as their letterboxes. He is a very friendly man who doesn't mind telling you of his political thoughts, all of which are also described on the signs attached. He does not censor his words, so be aware of this if the geokiddies are around. My daughter thought he was Santa, but he didn't sound like Santa. I was so glad that I got the chance to meet Dave.
