This is my first cache hidden in Southampton. I have come here every summer of my life and it is like a second home to me. Two of my favourite places to visit here as a kid were the museum and Fairy Lake. The museum is perfect to visit on a rainy day, and Fairy Lake has a beautiful nature trail and you can even feed the water fowl for a quarter. So, this cache combines the best of history and nature.
Acess this cache ONLY from the Fairy Lake nature trail. You are looking for a camoed lock & lock container. No need to wander too far off the trail or to disrupt natural vegetation. Please watch out for muggles from both the trail and museum as well! In the summer there is usually a group of turtles in the lake sunning themselves on a log, so of you see them please attach a picture! Good Luck and Happy Caching!
