Fourth of July 2015. The parties have been going on for hours and there's still 6 more hours of daylight before fireworks. How many will be left standing? I, on the other hand, am on my bike doing cache maintenance around Marina Del Rey and El Porto. The toughest part is trying to avoid all the non-beach types as they try to find their way around. Needed to dodge jaywalkers & avoid racing sportscars.
A couple of years ago, I helped an out-of-town cacher place a hide in Marina Del Rey. It's been archived for a few months now. I took the spot and placed a hide that is quite muggle-proof. It used to be the POI -fect spot & container for this spot.
You'll be looking for a replacement container, not a poi pounder.
