Sandviks badplats används främst av de närboende. Från berget i anslutning till badplatsen har du en fin utsikt ut mot inloppet till Göteborg. Stranden är långgrund bestående av sand och lämpar sig bäst för barn. I anslutning till stranden finns en gräsyta där man kan slå sig ned. Inga bekvämligheter finns. Parkering möjlig i anslutning till badplatsen.
