This cache is in dedication to the dogs of Nudgee Beach with there wagging tails and wet noses. We have met some amazing canines whilst visiting this area with our own dog, Xena. Some of the dogs we have met can dive for rocks, peform feats of agility or snatch tennis balls out of the air. Xena is a particular fan of the water here and after many years she now runs into the (small) waves instead of away from them.
Feel free to post photos of your canines enjoying the area. There is an off leash park but the water is always acessible for a doggie paddle. Please remember to pick up after your dog and We sometimes hear reports of bullsharks so make sure to supervise your dog or go at low tide.
Nudgee Beach is an enviromental reserve that is popular with dogs, fishermen and family events. Please respect the enviorment on your way to this cache and tread lighlty. Even a bit of CITO would never go astray. Please enjoy this area and help preserve it for future generations. As always ensure this cache is returned as found to deter muggles, eg well hidden.
