This cache was originally placed for the the First State Challenge 2015 sponsored by Delaware Geocachers! Although the challenge has ended, this cache is still available to be found!!

FSC-2015 Lewes Beach

Description:

Lewes Beach is located off of Cape Henlopen Drive and is on the Delaware Bay. The beach provides swimming, fishing, boating, and a host of other watersports. Beach 1 and Beach 2 provide guarded swimming from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Both beaches have rest rooms and the Lyons Club has beach wheelchairs available. Parking at the beach is metered beginning May 1st thru September 30th, with change machines available at both beaches. Also, credit cards are accepted at Beach 1 with a two hour minimum charge.
