The FTF prize is a collectible panda medallion from the national zoo in Washington D.C. The second to find prize is a collectible elephant coin from the national zoo as well. The third and final prize is an anniversary wooden nickel from 1994.
We have so many furry friends from our domesticated pals like horses to our more wild buddies like deer. Sometimes, there are even mythical beasts like the beautiful unicorn. (Seriously, I’ve seen one. It was a horse in a costume, but still.) What a better way to celebrate these friends than to create a cache in friendly Saugerties? The hide is pretty simple, but the swag, location and the child-like (Or adult-like, who says you have to grow up and out of toys and animals?) nature makes up for it. The cache is located in a place that I often frequented as a child overlooking the Esopus and I observed a lot of wildlife there sitting on that rock. Be sure to take a minute to observe the small wonders hiding right under our noses. Happy caching!
Congrats to aslags on FTF Congrats to MEMO Machine on Second to Find Congrats to cachefindercrew and hjmoose on Third to Find : )
