This is one in a series of Lantern Corps Themed caches. It will involve some research on the heroes and villains that make up these Lantern Corps.
Each Corps represents a color and an emotion that goes with it. Red = Rage, Orange = Avarice (Greed), Yellow = Fear, Green = Willpower, Blue = Hope, Indigo = Compassion, Violet = Love, Black = Death, White = Life. The Central Power Battery of each color houses the single color light for that Emotion. The Ring that each Corps Member wears draws it's power from the Central Power Battery or a smaller battery assigned to the Corps Member. This power allows varying abilities such as flight, construct projection (physical creations made out of light that can be anything the wielder imagines), and enhanced stamina. Each cache will focus on just one of these corps and will involve some math and research skills. The hide shouldn't be too hard either. Have fun and ask any questions you'd like!
Thaal Sinestro, at the time the universe's greatest Green Lantern, went rogue and was banished by the Guardians of the Universe to Qward in the antimatter universe. When he returned, he wielded a power ring which used yellow energy. After various encounters with Earth's Green Lantern, Hal Jordan, he was imprisoned within the Central Power Battery. There he was able to use his ring, which uses fear, as opposed to willpower, as a power source, to awaken Parallax from hibernation. The Sinestro Corps began actively recruiting members, offering yellow power rings and a role in the Corps to those who can "instill great fear". Members of the Corps are immediately taken to Qward to "...be subjected to psychological and physical reconditioning". The members of the Sinestro Corps work in sectors, like the Green Lantern Corps. Qward also has a huge yellow Central Battery on its surface like the one used on Oa. Although the Sinestro Corps uses fear, and opposes the Green Lantern Corps and the Guardians, Sinestro has stated their goal is to bring order to the universe, which he claims the Guardians have failed to do.
Each Corps has an Oath it states from time to time, usually to recharge their ring. This is the Sinestro Corps Oath:
"In blackest day, in brightest night,
Beware your fears made into light.
Let those who try to stop what's right
Burn like my power Sinestro's might!"
In order to find this cache, you will need to do some math. Find what Space Sector each member of the Corps is from or assigned to protect (these may be the same number or could be different). Replace their name with the Space Sector Number and apply the following equations to the last three digits of the coordinates above:
North: + Despotellis + (Enkafos-Mongul) - Ugg-I - 4
West: + Arkillo - Gleen - Setag Retss + 1000
