This is a series of 10 caches set out as a circular walk of approximately 2.5 miles on the Kent downs near Hawkinge. The walk covers public footpaths and includes some minor roads, where you will need to beware of (very rare) traffic. The terrain includes some quite steep hills. You will need good walking shoes and be prepared for mud following heavy rainfall. You are unlikely to encounter many muggles in this area other than the odd dog walker.

This location reminded me of the airlocks seen in sci-fi movies. Why that image came to me in the middle of the countryside is a mystery!
To find cache #3 carry on along the path then turn left along the signed bridleway, keeping the hedge to your right.
