Summer of 2014 I put out a geocache named Pollywannacracker in almost the same location. It was fun while it lasted..actually earned 3 favorites in the short time it existed...had to replace it with a new parrot once and it lasted a few more months. When it disappeared the final time I archived it.
So...that's why this is named "polygon" for "Polly Gone".
Polygon is easy to get to but not a park and grab since you have to walk a little.
