There is a great view out to Waiheke Island walking down the steep and picturesque walkway from Carlton Cres to Maraetai Beach. This also seems to be the centre of a large and gaping gap in the middle of Maraetai calling out for a cache so here it is. You are surrounded by mature Pohutukawas so hopefully the GPS coordinates aren't too far from GZ
The cache is hidden in plain site although there is a lot of stuff around to hide amongst. Bring your own pen.
