This is a hanging camoed pill bottle in an area with a view of a former military microwave tower. It's located just off a beautiful forest road (4N21) accessible by hiking, biking or horseback. Occasionally, the road may be open to vehicles but it's pretty rare and you'll probably need to park at the given parking area.
I don't know much about the tower that you can see from GZ, I do know that it was operational about 10 years ago and was some sort of military communications site. Since that time, the equipment has been removed and all that remains is the tower and a support building.
