The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center

Geocache Description:

If you are in for the real geocache adventure, find this geocache on foot or by car, approximately 1.2km from the Southernmost Tip of Africa.

This handmade cache by my 8 year old son Luca, is a glass container of about 10cm high, and 1cm in diametre carefully selected from the local curio shop, and modified to a miniture cache. You can either walk to this cache from the Southermost point by going back to the dirt road and then walking ( for roughly 1km) until you spot the lion on your right, or the easier option would be to go by car, and just walk to the cache.
