I Heart the View Traditional Cache

The cache is a heart-shaped tin located about 200' from a service road that serves a small observatory and old microwave tower.  The main road is forest road 4N21 which is accessible by hiking, biking or horseback.  Occasionally, the road may be open to vehicles but it's pretty rare and you'll probably need to park at the given parking area. 

On a clear day, the view from GZ is spectacular.  You can see most of the upper desert region including El Mirage Dry Lake Bed, Edwards AFB, the southern Sierra's and on out toward Las Vegas.  For easiest access to the cache, stay on the paved road until past the observatory, then exit the road when about 200' from the cache.  Please note that both the observatory and the old microwave tower are private property, please do not try to gain entrance or climb on the tower.
