Due to issues with the original We're Building an Arena cache that we've archived and placed this one to replace it. This location requires some stealth when looking. In the future it will likely need even more.
The cache can be reached without leaving the sidewalk. Because of the adjacent buildings the GPS readings bounce around a lot. Suggest using the hint.
We would like you to take a picture when you find the cache to record the arena development.
