Part of a "Short Paddle Series"
We have a large native/Aboriginal community in Fort Erie and they refer North America as Turtle Island. It just so happens I have seen turtles on this Island though its far from being a continent. Thorns, ticks and skeeters!
You can just barely paddle all the way around this Island during high water but most summers you can't. The terrein rating for this one will be a 5 just because you have to get out of your water craft.
