Come on up to Auburn in the foothills for the 6th annual Hot August Night.
Well, hopefully not too hot. It's usually several degrees cooler up here than it is in the valley.
The party starts around 5pm. There are a couple of caches nearby, and we'll have a game to entertain you.
We'll fire up the BBQ and have dinner around 6:00. Bring your own main dish and drinks, and an appetizer, side-dish, or dessert to share.
Please bring your own camp chair and take it with you when you leave. (Several have been left behind in previous years. We're running out of room.)
After dinner we'll have announcements and a 50/50 raffle. Don't forget to bring along your geo-packs, and prepare to join in the fun.
This event is children, dog, horse, goat and kilt-friendly.
