Tarka Trail - Take a Rest ! Traditional Cache

Placed close to the Tarka Trail, this cache should be fairly easy to find. There are views of the River Torridge, the cliffs on the far side and the Long Bridge in Bideford.

The cache is accessed by cycle or on foot. Plenty of parking available in Bideford. Wheelchair users will need help retrieving the cache but otherwise the trail is mostly level. You are looking for a homemade container. There is a convenient seat to rest while completing the log. Bring your own pen as there is only room for the log sheet.

Spend a few moments looking at the nearby memorial to the crew of 'P' Peter which crashed near here in 1945.
