Geocache Description:


Horvatova staza nazvana je po botaničaru i planinaru Ivi Horvatu. On je bio zaslužan što je Risnjak proglašen nacionalnim parkom. Horvatova staza je vrlo raznolika, zanimljiva za planinarenje. Jedno vrijeme prolazi kroz područje crnogorice, pa neprimjetno utone u zonu bjelogorice. Čas ide kroz divlji kamenjar, a čas krivuda po pitomim terenima. Markacija je jako dobra i staza je lagana za snalaženje. Početak staze je u Crnom Lugu, a do vrha Risnjaka se može doći za nekih 3:30 h.

Ovaj keš se nalazi u stjenovitom području, nastanjenom smrekama. Definitivno najzanimljiviji dio staze. Malo podsjeća na Samarske stijene :)

Napomena: moguće je da koordinate nisu najpreciznije zbog lošijeg signala u šumi, pa se zato više bazirajte na spojlere... ako su odstupanja malo veća, molio bih da pošaljete preciznije koordinate

Horvat's path is named after the botanist and mountaineer Ivo Horvat. He is responsible as Risnjak was declared a national park. Horvat's path is very diverse, interesting for hiking. Passing through the area of conifers, it quietly falls into a zone of deciduous trees. At one moment it goes through wild rocks, and the next moment it wounds through gentle terrain. The markings have been very good and the course is easy to navigate. The track begins in Crni Lug and the top of Risnjak can be reached in about 3:30 h.

This cache is located in a rocky area, scattered with spruce trees. Definitely the most interesting part of the route. It reminds me of Samarske stijene a little bit :)
