The CCARF15 Wrap-Up event will be a fun, light-hearted gathering at 12:00 noon. A free picnic lunch with plenty of food for everyone after an exhilirating weekend of chasing, caching, careening and cruising! Come drag your road-weary bodies over the line and past the chequered flag!
An event for all!
We'll have food for vegetarians and carnivores alike as well as CCAKE! Please come hungry!
The event starts at 12:00pm and will be held come rain or shine, so dress as if you live in Calgary! Food will be served shortly after 12-noon.
We will meet at the Picnic Site #1 nearest to the parking lot on the southside of Edworthy Park.
Bring your favourite mug (not travel mug) to this event. Well, it doesn't have to be your favourite mug... but then we'd all be questioning whether the one you left behind is really your favourite mug or not! And bring something to drink!
There are tables and benches for the picnic here, but you may also wish to bring your own chair. This wrap-up portion of the weekend celebrates the end of the road rally of CCARF15 and we hope that you will socialize with your fellow asphalt avengers. Whether you bring a chair or not, we encourage you to move around. This would be an excellent time to compare notes on the caches you have found and to discuss must-see caches that you have yet to encounter.
We'll have a group photograph at 1:15 pm and that will signify the end of the event. We've opted for a shorter day on Sunday thus freeing up more of your afternoon for whatever other strange activities you fill your lives with!

Voting for your favourite CCARF15 caches will be done online - the link to the voting webpage will be made active after 10:00am on Saturday 26th September - and is possible until 23:59 on Tuesday 29th September. Please show the hiders that you appreciate their efforts in hiding, new, creative, Calgary-area caches for you to find!
